Osram Ne Nsoromma (the Moon and the Star) is the Adinkra symbol of love, faithfulness and harmony. It represents the special bond that ties a man and a woman within a couple.

I could have depicted the characters facing each other and hugging or staring into each other's eyes while being watched over by a benevolent sky. But, in addition to and through the romantic atmosphere created by the symbol I wanted to show how important it is within a couple to be looking in a common direction.
