Gye W'ani (2019)

Meet Gye W’ani. In her community, she is the guardian of positivity and hobbies. Her name means ‘’Enjoy yourself’’ and is the symbol of the joy of living. It is an encouragement to celebrate, have fun and do what makes you happy. As you can see on the tambourine she is holding, the Gye W’ani symbol is shaped like a queen chess piece. This young woman spends her life cheering her people up, helping them to find their true purpose and to see the bright side of everything.
